What services does Shields Elite Cleaning provide?
We specialize in commercial cleaning for offices, clinics, warehouses, and other professional facilities. We also offer monthly cleaning supply subscription boxes for businesses that prefer to manage their own cleaning in-house.
Do you offer walkthroughs before quoting?
Yes. We provide free in-person or virtual walkthroughs to assess your space, understand your needs, and give an accurate, custom quote.
How do your commercial cleaning contracts work?
We offer 6, 12, and 24-month recurring service agreements. These include consistent scheduling, the same cleaning team, and optional supply restocking. After the contract ends, it continues month-to-month unless canceled.
What is your cancellation policy for contracts?
All commercial cleaning contracts require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you need to cancel, just send written notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.
What comes in the Shields Elite supply box?
Our cleaning supply boxes include paper towels, toilet paper, multi-surface cleaner, trash bags, hand soap refills, air fresheners, and more. All boxes come with a free toilet rim hanger to keep your restrooms fresh.
Can I subscribe to just the supply box?
Yes! Our subscription boxes are available for any business, with or without a cleaning service contract. You can manage your subscription anytime—pause, cancel, or change your plan with no hassle.
Do you offer local delivery for the supply boxes?
We deliver directly to businesses within 25 miles of Metro Detroit for a $20 flat fee. If you’re outside that area, we offer free standard shipping anywhere in the U.S.
Can I customize a cleaning plan or a supply kit?
Absolutely. If you have special requirements, higher foot traffic, or need specific items, just reach out to us and we’ll build a tailored cleaning plan or box that fits your needs.
