At Shields Elite Cleaning, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning supplies and products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle orders, shipping timelines, costs, and more.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with order details after purchase.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Delivery (if applicable): Available within Metro Detroit area for select items

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping may be offered for promotional events or minimum order thresholds (if applicable).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to become active after shipment.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist in filing a claim.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your address before submitting an order.

  • Shields Elite Cleaning is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. In-Store Pickup

If offered, customers may select “Local Pickup” during checkout. Pickup instructions will be sent via email. You must present your order confirmation at pickup.
